Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Now Offered at Indy Counseling

If you've experienced symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and are looking for profound relief,
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy my be your solution.

What is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?

Ketamine aids your brain in healing

Ketamine reduces social avoidance, fear, and anhedonia (the loss of interest or pleasure in activities that you previously found enjoyable.)

Ketamine boosts therapeutic bonds, reinforcement learning, and self-reflection

Ketamine is used for treatment resistant symptoms because it is a fast-acting antidepressant and a psychedelic that causes dissociative experiences. While effects are active (for about 2 hours,) you have more ability to separate feelings of trauma, depression, and anxiety from your true self.

While you are experiencing the effects Ketamine, we will be able to rapidly reach targets and instill profound and lasting results.

Indy Counseling Professionals
has partnered with
Journey Clinical to offer
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

To get started with Journey Clinical, we will create a profile for you after your initial consultation and send you a virtual invite. Once you've accepted the invite and fill in any applicable information, Journey Clinical will reach out to you to set up your initial consultation.

For more information on Journey Clinical, please visit their website.

Journey Clinical is a web-based psychiatric prescribing service that provides Ketamine lozenges for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Journey Clinical hosts sessions virtually for all consultations, then sends the lozenges directly to you for use either at our office or during a virtual session from home.

We like to start by meeting you. We offer a free consultation with our KAP provider to make sure KAP is a good fit for you. If you would like to have Ketamine administered by a local Spravato clinic rather than using Journey clinical, we can still provide KAP services.
